Matrix on demand includes the manufacture of specific products, such as:

Radiused punch corners
Whisper sharpening
Enhanced rake angle (SPM)
Surface coating
Reinforced dies

MATRIX ON DEMAND: RADIUSED PUNCH CORNERS

Radiusing on the corners of square and rectangular punches increases tool life and drastically reduces die breakage near the corner.

MATRIX ON DEMAND: WHISPER SHARPENING

Whisper sharpening: price varies according to type of whisper and punch dimensions (to be requested at time of order).

MATRIX ON DEMAND: ENHANCED RAKE ANGLE (SPM)

Recommended on materials over 4 mm thick. Helps the punch to reascend.

MATRIX ON DEMAND: SURFACE COATING

Anti-wear coating is available. We recommend coating for nibbling or punching operations on materials such as stainless steel, or on any thick materials.

MATRIX ON DEMAND: REINFORCED DIES

For thick materials or critical shapes, we recommend using reinforced dies resistant to heavy compression.
